Last month they had the wrong check-in dates showing on my confirmed exchanges. It took a week for their IT people to fix that problem. Today I have no confirmed exchanges showing! Thank goodness I have all my printed confirmations. Oh yeah, I like to use Firefox as my browser and it takes forever for my account to load at all. So I had to revert to IE just for RCI biz...but what a hassle!
For all I know, RCI is doing it on purpose to get back at all of us for that class action lawsuit. Punish the dues-paying members by creating a torturous online exchange system; how diabolical of them. :annoyed:
