Streamside at Vail - Aspen or Cedar Buildings

I just found a TS on Redweek in Aspen (or Cedar) during September. What is the current status of these buildings? I know they are no longer Marriott managed and that there is an assessment that will fall off after 2009, but I would like to hear from current owners or renters that have been there within the last year.:hi:
