Stop Paying Dikhololo Maintenance fees.

Has anybody stopped paying maintenance fees at Dikhololo? We have had this TS since 2020 and no longer can travel. We tried to give them back to Dikhololo, but they said that they no longer accept returned units. We did not pay last year's fees and have been getting phone calls. Would like to know if anybody else has had this problem.

Would like to sell them or give them away. I have 2 red floating weeks. maintenance fees run about $600.00 total a year. I have been receiving about 25 pts for each week,

I can't speak to what happens if you default, but you will almost certainly not be able to even give it away unless you are current on fees.

I sent mine back years ago. Why didn’t they accept yours?

Just received word this morning that they accepted the return of my timeshare. We no longer own a timeshare at Dikhololo.

Requested that they take it back a couple of years ago and they said that they did not take them back.
