Although some criticized his decision, evidence shows that bankruptcy was a strategic move. Robert Kiyosaki’s net worth wasn’t touched and he didn’t need to pay a penny of his personal assets. The court awarded Learning Annex with $24 million. Kiyosaki was still worth $80 million afterwards. Now, he has a new company that he does business under.

SSD is run by Brian (last name escapes me). He started that just a few years ago, has done great with it, a lot of people swear by it.

He is/was a regular at seekingalpha, which has a large div-investing crowd, best community of like-minded divvers there is on the internet. It can take a while to find an author worth reading, but there are many. Just like anything else, there are many ways to be a div investor, and my buy-n-holdedness is very rare, even there, but there is one guy with screen name BuyandHold2012 that has been doing this for nearly 50 years, hasn't sold anything.
