Hello:

Aliikai kindly gave me the US phone contact numbers for Mayan Palace but they do not work from Canada.

I tried the reservation website and I cannot successfully reserve there either. This is extremely frustrating.

Are there any other suggestions I am not thinking of?

Thanks

Thanks very much!

I finally managed to get through after several days of trying.

Only to be told that I cannot book a Vacation Fair week until 45 days before the date when I'm booking in Feb or March.

This is new to me. Even though we've owned for several years I guess I have never tried to book a VF week in Feb or Mar.

Very annoying because how can you book an airfare until you know if you have the week???

It has always been that way, you can use your VF weeks 6 months in advance for reservations in Jan, April-December, except of course the holidays.

During the prime period, Feb-Mar, you need to call 45 days ahead to use a VF week.

fwiw,

This has been the rule for VF weeks as long as we've owned, which is almost 10 years now.
