Between getting older, retiring with less income, and the pandemic . . .
We're giving up our timeshare for free. We'll pay (have paid) for 2021 and will pay for 2022. Still have a year on the RCI membership and a couple of weeks to exchange. We'll also pay for the title transfer and RCI membership transfer.

Week 9 (early March, often coincides with Mardi Gras - like in 2022!)
One bedroom and a sleeper sofa
Newly refurbished (paint, carpet, art, etc)
Really close to Gulfport-Biloxi Airport
Co-located with a casino. In fact, the casino is on the Gulf side of the property so the condo's had no storm damage, even from Katrina
We just can't use it, or exchange, and have nobody to give it to.
Fees are about $900 a year
