I just won an Ebay auction. The seller is The Timeshare Group (Ochoa) and closing is through Sterling Title Partners. I've not dealt with either one of them before and want to see if any Tuggers have used them. Appreciate your help.
I've dealt with Sterling Title Partners for a MVC purchase on Redweek last year that transferred just before Christmas. Communication was fine. I thought everything went smooth. I purchased title insurance and they followed up with a call confirming that I had wanted it. I guess most don't.
Our first purchase was through the Ochoas, but I think their "in house" title group. Everything went fine and they somehow got a week they had banked in II, transferred to our account. Some have had issues with them as they do a lot of postcard transactions, but most get resolved eventually.
