One of the brokers I contacted with Fidelity Real Estate wants to use the following as the title company. There isn't much feedback about them here. Has anybody used them recently?

Bluegreen Vacations, The Manhattan Club
I contacted LT Transfers to handle mine and this is what they said,

Thank you for your request but we are unable to assist you with this transfer. You will need to reach out to Sterling Title Partners in Boca Raton, FL (561.237.5035) or directly to Bluegreen for the Certificate of Beneficial Ownership change. Bluegreen only has a few authorized title companies they allow to do this type of transaction and they can provide you with a list of companies.
