Steamboat exchange?

I apologize if this is in the wrong forum, but I really wasn't sure which one to put it in.

Has anyone here been able to exchange in to Sheraton Steamboat via II? It sure seems like a resort we would like to go to. I searched the sightings board, but got no hits. II lists it as "limited exchange availability".

I've not seen it show up in II yet, not even a "mud" week

Remember that the online inventory is the leftovers, after all ongoing requests have been filled. There may have been exchanges for this resort that never made it to the online inventory. The best way to get an exchange here would be to put in an ongoing request, for a wide range of week, 12 or more mos. out.

Thanks Denise; that's why I wasn't relying on sightings postings, but was interested in knowing if someone had perhaps done it with an ongoing request. I posted here in the Starwood forum, because I figured that the preference would have picked it up in that case.

I haven't had that one on request but I have had summer Westin Riverfront Mountain Villas on request for awhile. I don't expect it to come up but I thought I would try.
