Some deals go to those who rent lodging/ski packages through Steamboat Central Reservations. There are also discounts for active and retired military. Yes, there is an afternoon ticket, but I think it doesn't start until around 1 PM (at least there was last year, I haven't checked this year).

Another deal is designed for Denver residents, but it might work for you too. It's a three day anytime pass including one day at Copper, one day at Winter Park and one day at Steamboat for $99. It's called the "Pow Pow Platter" and can only be bought online at www.powpowplatter.com or by phone 866-763-5958 while supplies last or until January 31. It must be ordered at least 48 hours in advance. Go to www.steamboat.com and click on "Copper Mountain, Winter Park and Steamboat ..." under "Latest News" on the left.

Those of us who live here get no deals at all :annoyed:

There is a late arrival that is $71 and starts at noon. There is also another later arrival that starts at 2:15 and is $42. At least that is how I remember it. I will check tomorrow for sure.
