In March I have two units at the Lagoons and one unit at the Beach Club. Will the Lagoons people be able to use the Beach Club pools as guests and vice versa? The pools look to be much nicer at the Beach Club but the full kitchen available at the Lagoons is what our family needs.

There is no reciprocal access. I understand there is public access to the beach over at the hotel, but that is all. You can of course dine in any of the restaurants.

No. But you can usually buy day passes to the Sonesta (what used to be Marriott) hotel co-located with KBC on ResortPass.
