The Beach Club at St. Augustine Beach, FL (1 floating week, purchased in 1982)

77,000 RCI points (Sunrise Ridge Resort, TN)
Our oldest DS regularly stays many weeks or months in a hotel for his job (PM remediating large losses from fires or floods for a major restoration company) and if he knows he & his crew will be staying for more than 30 days they negotiate a deal for a much lower rate than the weekly rate, especially when he is booking many rooms for he and his junior PMs. I don't know if he can get out of paying the taxes on his stays in Canadian hotels. He just got home last week from spending 3 months in Fort MacMurray, Alberta. Since he grew up spending vacations in timeshares he will only stay at a hotel with suite that includes a full kitchen and separate bedroom. We have spoiled him!
