We just closed on our SVV Key West. Is the II membership included? How do we join? I tried to open an II account and the site asked for payment information.

Key west is a Starwood mandatory you will pay a SVN fee to Starwood and you will get II membership for that. Starwood will open that account for you.

Yes we bought resale. So Starwood will send us notification of the II account?

However, your Starwood Interval membership includes only the SVN mandatory resorts you own (and all developer purchases from Starwood). You will need a separate Interval account for your other timeshares.

You will get snail mail from II.
If you log into your mystarcentral account (or whatever it is know called) there is a place when you will find your II number (it is most likely blank now)
Once you see the number, you can go to II online and access the account.
