i will be there on 12/31. we are going on a cruise and i booked so we can use the hotel for the day. decided to try it out. otherwise we will never go there. we couldn't get 1 night at harborside so this will work for us.

You might be thinking of Sheraton Cable Beach, which is in Nassau. Grand Bahama is a whole different island and the Sheraton and Westin are reported to be leaving SPG soon.
