We are currently in the process of purchasing an annual week 33 3 BR lock-off at Star Island. It's the week we usually go to Disney anyway, and we got a good price resale. Just wondering if anyone has any idea what kind of trade value this week has if we want to exchange in the future. It's late in the summer, but still before the northeast schools go back.

How much more power do I have if I am willing to trade the 3 BR for a 1 or 2 bedroom somewhere else? Does it give me a lot more power than the two bedroom when splitting it into two units when I deposit?

Thanks!

Spent the better part of yesterday doing II searches using my Star Island 3bdr lockoff unit (or combinations of the lockoff).

I was mostly using the small A-lockoff - the kitchette side w/o balcony. I own a week 4 in the older building 40. Saw lots of stuff all over the place including 2/2 Marriotts. I was just a-smiling:) .

Didn't see ANY difference when I would search with the whole 3 bdr unit. But that is just my own little bit of experience as I just got the II account active two weeks ago.

Learned that you must deposit more than 60 days of checkin otherwise you can only search for Flex-change units and dates. Was using the 2010 unit for my bigger searches.
