Are the 3 Bedroom Westin branded timeshare units adjacent to the Westin Hotel property on St Martin, part of the Vistana offering? I never see mention of this property. It is an odd one, as it only has 3 Bedroom units.

They are not. It would be a great addition if they were, but the Dawn Beach Club isn't part of Vistana.

At one time they were trying to sell them as part of SVO (became VSE).
A buyer of Dawn Beach came here to tell us they were part of system, we told them that they were not. They wouldn’t believe us even though many here gave them proof.
They got pissed and they were never heard from again.

But what do you think he meant by this? One can switch within the the Westin network see their website for time share Westin owners. Someone had to have told him that...
