St Kitts Ocean View vs Ocean Side. What are the differences and which should I request?

I am going to Saint Kitts in 10 days! I see in the welcome email there are two options for the 3 bedrooms: Ocean View and Ocean Side. What option should I choose?

For those who have been... Do the OV units in buildings 5 and 4 mostly go to weeks owners? Leaving the OV villas in 3, 9, and 10 for DP stays? Are all of the villas in buildings 6, 7, and 8 Oceanside villas or are some of the ground floor villas considered Garden View? Have you stayed in both...

Update: I tracked down a property map and correlated the buildings. I can see which are which now.

Although I would normally choose Ocean Side over Ocean View as a villa preference request, all 3 Bed units are top floor with huge balconies and great sea views so you can’t go too far wrong whatever you get.
I might even prefer the view down towards the Southern peninsula from the Ocean View 3 Bed units
