I have purchased a Hyatt timeshare and I no longer have any need for my Branson property, so I would like to give it away for free.

Here are the details for the unit:

Every Even Year (2022 next usage)
Flexible week reservation, but deeded week #24
RCI Gold Crown / Interval International Select level

Maintenance fees of about $375 per usage year.

This unit has been paid off in full and no money is owed on the unit whatsoever.

This traded very well within RCI. Try to get a July 4th week reservation to deposit and expect up to 19 TPU...for low maintenance fees!

I have not deposited into Interval, but I imagine similar results.

This is an excellent portfolio piece to splash into your TPU pot every even year or it could be a standalone property to enjoy every other year.

Buyer to pay closing costs with any closing company they would like to use.
