COVID-19 UPDATE: MARCH 26, 2020, 9:00 A.M.
For Spinnaker Owners: As it is so critical to stay connected even as we practice social distancing, a special Covid-19 update section has been added to the Spinnaker Owners website under News > Covid-19 Updates to keep our Owners informed of the latest developments as we face these historic challenges from this pandemic.
Your Spinnaker Resort Operations teams have continued to monitor the evolving coronavirus (Covid-19) situation. Due to the virus’ expanded growth and public health concerns, all reservations for Hilton Head (Bluewater, Waterside, Southwind, Egret Point, Carolina Club, Cottages and S.R Hotel), Ormond Beach (Royal Floridian Resort and Royal Floridian Resort South) and Branson (Palace View Resort, Palace View Resort Heights and French Quarter Resort) have been cancelled now through April 16, 2020. We apologize for any inconvenience, however, the safety of our Spinnaker Owners, Guests, Operational Teams and local communities is our focus. Therefore, we feel it is the best decision at this time.

Please note that any Owner Bonus Time or Owner Rental reservation will be refunded while the resorts are closed.
If you exchanged through Interval International please contact 1 (800) 828-8200 or RCI 1 (800) 338-7777 with any questions you might have.
If you are a rental guest, your cancelled reservation will be refunded if your reservation date occurs during the resort closure period.
We will update you via email once we know when our resorts will be reopen.
