“Southwest will resume international flying on June 7, 17 days later than its previously planned resumption date of May 21.

The carrier will recommence international service by flying to five destinations: Cancun and Los Cabos in Mexico; Montego Bay, Jamaica; Nassau, Bahamas; and Havana. Southwest last flew internationally on March 23....”

RCI Weeks: LaCosta Beach Club, RCI Points: Oakmont Resort, Vacation Village at Parkway. Wyndham: CWA and La Belle Maison, and WorldMark.
They think they are or going to try but up to each country to decide who flys in and out.
At the same time, I suspect a good number of these countries are missing the tourist dollars that have been absent over the past couple of months.

Heh, I had a flight home booked from SJD to SAN on Sept 6 and they cancelled it and didn’t bother to notify me. Thankfully I was in the app and clicked on that flight and noticed it or we would have found out in Cabo.

I called the agent and told them I was a bit miffed about the lack of notification and she didn’t say a word. Just refunded the points and taxes.
