The Park Royal is in the northernmost edge of Midbeach or the southernmost edge of North Beach (depending on whom you ask). In my opinion, a great location as the beach, "boardwalk", and Allison Park playground are steps away, and there are all manner of bars, restaurants, supermarkets...
