This is the HGVC board -- the OP is asking about the HGVC South Beach property (in Miami Beach, FL).
I was there in March this year, and at that time I had a conversation with management and they were just in the planning phase at that time. They had a team going around that week taking measurements, etc. in the units. Sorry -- I don't have any info on how the renovations have been progressing this summer, however.
