Are there any soundside owners in this forum who can explain the special assessment from the HOA board. I am really upset rhat our directors would let this happen.

Are there any other Soundside Holiday Beach Pensacola owners on T.U.G?
I own at Destin Holiday Beach resort and I don't think we are getting assessed, at least I haven't heard we are yet. You might do better posting this question on the Florida web site where more people tend to read the posts.
Good idea on the florida posting. The assessment is for the Soundside Holliday Beach resort in Pensicola to the tune of over $450.
