I was tested and had A. It wasn’t that bad probably because I had the flu shot. The sinus infection I got at the same time was what made me miserable. I keep washing my hands, I do not want the B flu too.

Lordy, no! I have been in bed for the past two days with the worst body aches and headache that I have ever had. I'm just starting to feel human again. I don't remember the last time I had the flu but this has been awful, probably because I also have an autoimmune disease (at least that's what Dr. Google says). I got my flu shot in November. Maybe it helped, maybe it didn't, maybe it was the wrong strain. Who knows? But the thought of going through this again is terrible!

The way my luck is going, I'd have it thrice. So long as I can avoid that scary crap that originated in China, I'll take whatever else is coming to me. I get migraines enough that flu is just variation on a theme.

Some of the strains of flu were not included with the November flu shot, and so I am constantly worried we will get sick. Strain A hit our grandkids and our kids pretty hard right after Christmas. We just got back from 15 days in Orlando and didn't catch anything. Thank God!
