Updated BP Texas City Animation on the 15th Anniversary of the Explosion, prepared by the US Chemical Safety Board. This was a seminal event, probably second only to Bhopal and the Valdosta Georgia sugar plant explosion in its impact on process safety management in chemical facilities.
