Something interesting while submitting online card dispute

I bank with BofA. Saw that I could submit a debit card dispute easily online. As I was clicking through the boxes, I came upon the question "is this related to a timeshare?" My dispute is not related to travel in any way, so just thought it was odd to have that question pop up.

That question popped up when I did a dispute through Chase recently. I don't remember seeing it before.
