I own a nice unit 325 Labor Day week and I’ve used/rented/exchanged it for about 8 years now. I listed it here and on Redweek and was contacted by a nice man (and also a current CI Owner) who wanted my week. We worked out the terms and the transfer is in place.

I want to start re-shuffling the portfolio because I’d like to get a Marriott Florida Club trader at some point. I probably jinxed the deal by typing this! I’ll keep my Seapointe because it’s an HGV conversion.

I think you'll like having a Marriott trader! I've consistently been able to find fantastic trades.

Now it's time to update your resorts owned (but I can't really talk, I haven't ever updated my resorts owned on my profile).
