SOLD - Grand Lodge on Peak 7 in Breckenridge Colorado - 1 Bedroom Floating week in Spring/Fall

Up for grabs is a free time share for Grand Lodge on Peak 7 which is a ski-in and ski-out property. The Breckenridge ski resorts opens most years earlier enough to use this for a ski rental and they also stay open into late April as well.

The unit is paid off and we just paid the yearly maintenance today so you are good for a year on those. The yearly maintenance fee is $1300.

Club points that can be used for trade is 33000 with Interval International.

The only thing you "might" have to pay for and I'm willing to split the cost, is the transfer fee if there is one.

Club Interval is the same as Interval International.

Weeks for Spring is 16 to 20, which is looks like April 20th to May 26th
Weeks for Fall is 40 to 46, which is October 5th to November 24th

I will also pay 100% of the transfer fees. I figured I would add that is since they are not too much after looking into it today.

Unless you plan on doing the deed transfer and sales paperwork yourself, you will need to pay someone to do that. If you need a company to do that for you, you could try LT Transfer. They charge about $250 plus the recording fees.

Grand Lodge is managed by BGV in Breckenridge and they have an internal process that is just the $125 transfer fee

It's a well kept secret that I am sure the sales people don't want widely known...this is only for owner to owner transfers so not available for retail or resale purchases
