I am giving away my paid-in-full, clear-title WorldMark by Wyndham account. The contract is completely paid off, and there is no loan balance whatsoever. Due to health reasons, we are no longer able to use the membership, so we are looking to transfer it to a new owner who can enjoy it.
I am giving this away for $0 / FREE. The only requirement is that the buyer pays the standard $399 WorldMark transfer fee.

• Annual Allotment: 35,000 Credits
• Anniversary Month: October
• Current Maintenance Fees: Approximately $300 per month
• Account Status: Maintenance fees are current and will be kept 100% current until the transfer is officially complete.

Current Point Balances:

• Current Available Credits: 35,000 Credits (Fully available to be booked as soon as the transfer goes through!)

Transfer Process:
We will use the official WorldMark General Transfer Form submitted directly to WorldMark Title Services to handle the transaction safely and legally. Once WorldMark processes the paperwork and you cover the $399 fee, the account and all 35,000 immediately usable points will be transferred into your name.
