We have 13,000 credits right now, with 8000 more coming in November.

We've enjoyed the Worldmark facilities we've visited in Oregon, Colorado, Utah and Hawaii, but aren't planning on traveling anymore.

No mortgage, maintenance fees are paid. We will pay the $399 WorldMark transfer fee.

Thanks,
Carol

Hi Carol!

Im at monopolyin@aol.com

Sounds interesting, I have some questions

Can you email me, to start?

Thanks!

Andrew

I'm writing this follow-up here in case anyone is wondering how this went. I successfuly transferred my points to a new owner. The following is the timeline for the steps I went through:

May 12, 2026 - I posted 8000 WorldMark points for free on TUGBBS. We had 13,000 credits, 5000 of which expire in November, getting 8000 more in November. No mortgage, maintenance fees paid, we pay the $399 WorldMark transfer fee.

May 20, 2026 - Someone messaged me on TUGBSS, interested in our points.

May 21, 2026 - I called WM Title Services and was instructed to send them an email with the new owner's name, address, phone number and email address. (If there had been two owners, I would have needed that info for owner 2.) Also, they gave me my contract number, which I needed to include in my email to them.

May 24, 2026 - I sent the email to worldmarkownershipchange@wyn.com requesting the ownership transfer.

May 24, 2026 - WM Title Services sent me an email with a link to an online form. For that I needed the new owner's name as it appears on their driver's license, date of birth and SSN. (The new owner is Canadian and that was not a problem at all.)

May 26, 2026 - I completed and submitted the form online.

June 16, 2026 - I received an email with a link to a Docusign and completed that. I believe my husband also received one and completed it the same day.

June 17, 2026 - I received an email from WM letting me know that all parties had signed the Docusign.

July 16, 2026 - I received an email from WM requesting the transfer fee. There was a link to Travel + Leisure in the email to allow me to pay online, which I did.

July 17, 2026 - I received an email from Travel + Leisure stating that my Autopay schedule had been successfully cancelled.

It was less than two months from the time I sent the first email requesting the ownership change to the date I was told my maintenace fee schedule was cancelled. I had read horror stories of this process taking 8 months or more, so was pretty happy with this timing.

not half bad for no cost to you!

Glad to hear Wyndham has reduced the time it takes to transfer from the previous 4-6 months. If they are not going to take back contracts, the least they can do is process transfers quickly.
