1 bdrm annual high season floating week. (2023 maintenance fee of $988.88 paid. New owner use in 2024.
2024 maintenance fee due January 2024.) See sanclementeinn.com website for pictures. San Clemente Inn is
a member of the Grand Pacific Resort family. Reservations can be made conveniently online or phone in
one year in advance. You could also deposit your week at GPXvacations to have access to their resorts or deposit
with RCI. (SCI's resort # is 0511 in RCI.) I will pay all transfer fees with LT Transfers. Due to age and health issues,
we are downsizing.

Correction. 2023 maintenance fees paid were $898.88.
