SOLD - Free Gatlinburg Town Square Phase II annual summer float

We would like to give away our Gatlinburg Town Square Phase II timeshare. This is the newer side of the resort and is managed by Exploria Resorts. Our unit is a 2BR lock-off (splits into a 1 BR and studio unit). Annual summer float, weeks 24-43. Maintenance fees for this year (2022) were $898. Usage and maintenance fees would begin for the new owner with the 2023 week. We will pay closing costs and transfer fees. My husband and I are empty nesters and are approaching retirement, so our travel patterns have changed, but we have loved this resort and used it as much as we have traded it! It's a straight shot to the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail, and
Only ~1 mile from the Smoky Mountains NP entrance.

IMHO, this is a good deal.

This unit does have gas log fireplaces in both the 1BR side and the studio lock-off side.
We have enjoyed it for the reasons you listed plus, if you don’t mind hills, you can walk to anything in about 20 minutes. We struggled on whether or not to let it go, but we are traveling for longer stretches at this point with two fur babies, so having a pet friendly home has been working better for us as of late.
