Two weeks per year :

Week 35

And rotating second week -2025 is week 50

2114$ maintence yearly

I’ve rented out through smuggler has their own rental pool u can put ur weeks into and made $ off my weeks when didn’t use before

Free just pay the couple hundred for closing fee and it’s yours.. open to any transfer companies.. have used Lt transfers in past before though and they cheap and great

Predicatable and given in advance if u ask resort u may be able switch to diff week u like as well.. 2024 was back to back week 35 and then rotating was 36… 2025 is week 50 which is very desired.. it switches off like that odds n even

My limited experience with Smuggs is that it's very popular in the summer and winter but goes quiet in the spring until it warms up and after Labor Day until it snows. If the rotating week can fall in mud or stick season, it's not so attractive. If it is guaranteed to be in either summer or winter, then it's highly desirable.

At my age, additional timeshare ownership is not in the cards. If I were twenty or thirty years younger, I'd jump on it!

Jazz, sound like you want out of it? If it's fully paid off, you are current in your maintenance and have clear title. you can legally do this yourself. I just Terminated (not exit) my Time Share with Vacation Village in the Berkshires......cost me $ 155.00, postage and notarization. I am on a mission to help others after being trapped for over a decade until I focused on it and in 6+ months figured it out. I learned the LAW.

Yea, I love Smuggs, and plan to go back, but I already bought Wyndham for access in desirable times, and TBH, they almost always seem to have RCI cash availability for less than those MFs for 2 weeks for times I'd want to go. Granted I'm doing 2BR though. That said, it wouldn't be much more to pick up 2 2BR on the pricing I've seen. Which is sad because I think it's a great resort, and if you need 3BR the MFs aren't "horrible", but seem like too much to me to be "compelling" either.

I want to encourage Smuggs staying afloat cause I like it, but IDK that the math works out vs having Wyndham and more flexibility...

OP, contact Wyndham and see if they will take it. You could also advertise it on Redweek or TUG classifieds. There are people who would love to own what you have.

OP, contact Wyndham and see if they will take it. You could also advertise it on Redweek or TUG classifieds. There are people who would love to own what you have.

this is the 2nd time youve solicited people to contact you for help, people cant help but infer you work for an exit company or similar.

Why not post the information you are dangling in front of others and back up the claim that you just want to help them?

I totally agree why these exit company people not just be transparent from go it’d be so much better

mostly because there is no money to be made in telling owners the truth. lying to them and clever marketing is far more profitable.

I am not sure what your contribution was towards the ad for the free unit.
