Hi Tuggers,

I'm looking to purchase my 2nd resale contract , it's a smaller one at smoky mountains, maintenance fees seem very low just wondering if anyone knows of any special assessments or any reason not to buy there??

Thank you

Was told this AM during our 'service' visit that the annual MF will go up about $400 for the new year...not in writing...yet.

Were they trying to convince you to "exchange" it for something else?

how much are they telling you that the MF is?

Wow...that's a mangled sentence there :ponder:

Let me try that again. What is the quoted MF for the resort you are contemplating buying?
