Skiing Timeshare in Colorado

[Lcandioto]

Swan Mountain Resort in Dillon, CO (minutes from Breckenridge). We have a 2 bedroom with loft and 3 bathrooms. Our week usually falls the week after Thanksgiving. Perfect for hitting the slopes before the winter crowds show up. Maintenance fees are approximately $1,000 yearly and have been paid for this year. Transfer fees paid by us.

I have stayed at Swan Mountain Resort. Loved the real wood burning fireplace and endless supply of wood. Great location for skiing at A-Basin and Keystone as well as Breck and Copper.
