At first look, this email seems legit, but when you read it, it seems sketchy. If this is a genuine RCI/ARDA survey, it was very poorly done.
1) Why is Vacation Village Resorts and Affiliates in the header?
2) I have never exchanged for Arizona.
3) Why is Eric A. Jay's info in the footer?

At RCI®, we recognize that listening to the opinions of timeshare owners is one of the most important things we can do. Surveys are one way owners can share feedback, which helps us better understand your needs and further improve RCI products and services.
RCI is a member of ARDA (the American Resort Developers Association, www.arda.org), which sponsors research to help its members understand timeshare industry trends. ARDA is sponsoring a survey focusing on timeshare in the state of Arizona, and has commissioned Leger, an independent, third party market research firm to conduct this research.
As an ARDA member, RCI will receive a summary of the survey’s findings, which will help us ensure our products and services continue to meet your needs. We will not have access to any individual participant responses.
We invite you to participate in ARDA’s survey. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete, and we sincerely appreciate the time and effort you put into your responses. The survey will be open until May 20th, 2020. All information you submit will be managed exclusively in accordance with ARDA’s Privacy Policy, https://www.arda.org/privacy-policy.
