Since when did Wyndham add a ROFR to club access transfers

I am looking at a CWA sale and the stopple says that Wyndham has 30 days to clear the ROFR as per the image below.

Anyone gone through the ROFR process.

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
Club access has always had rofr although I have never heard them exercising it.

It's a perfect clause... a right with no off-setting obligation to exercise the right. I think they started to add a similar provision to the Worldmark system...

That clause is used mainly by resorts that have more demand then supply. Wyndham has plenty of supply. They don’t need to take it from you. You’re fine.

Club access has always had rofr although I have never heard them exercising it.

Where is the ROFR documented? I don't recall seeing one in my CWA contract that I signed in July 2018 timeframe. I will have to go back and see if I can find such verbiage.
