Resorts Owned
Silverleaf Oak and Spruce
Resort: Silverleaf Resorts, now part of Holiday Inn Clubs Vacations
Unit size: 2 bed, 2 bath presidential suite
Season: Own the 12th week in the year. (Usually falls on spring break for schools)
Maintenance Fees: $1,140 a year
Current Reservations: We have used three nights out of this year's week, but also have last year's week banked.

The week can be used at the other resorts formally owned by Silverleaf, not sure if they can be used toward other Holiday Inn Clubs locations that are equivalent to the Silverleaf ones.

The reason I am trying to get rid of it is because we rarely use it and it is a lot of money per month to pay for something I am not getting much return on ($95 per month). I am not looking for reimbursement on my MFs and will even pay half or all of transfer costs.
