Can't use anymore due to circumstances - will let it go for free!

Maint. = $460 yearly (can be paid monthly or pay a discounted amount for full year payment)

Right to Use Forever (Owned as a Certificate of Beneficial Trust Interest)
Trust ownership transfer fee = $250 - I will pay Fee.
Next use is June 2016
Transfer takes 6 - 12 weeks - Take ownership now to be sure you can use 2016 week!
Trades in RCI for an equivalent size unit in Orlando area.
Can be deposited in-house for use within Silverleaf's locations, deposited with RCI, or used.

I mistakenly thought it was an RCI resort.

It IS an RCI resort. I believe the OP has a fixed week, rather than points. It would trade in TPU's, not points. I believe it pulls somewhere around 14 TPU's, give or take, every other year. The RCI deposit calculator can give you a good idea. HTH!

Correct, it is RCI weeks not RCI points. I'll have to look into TPUs if there is interest. I know we have traded for 2 bedroom units with kitchen at the Sheraton Vistana, Summer Bay, and Orange Lakes in the Orlando/Disney Area.
