What would be a good price for a silver week, ocean front at Grande Ocean and Barony. We probably could trade in with one our other resorts, but we would be pretty far down on the pecking order and really want ocean front.

We picked up a silver OF week at MGO for $8500 a year ago. The "official" Marriott price was $16,900 as I recall. Most private quotes I got were in the $12,000 to $14,000 range.

Marriott - BB OV Ebay

There was a Silver Week Barony Ocean View on Ebay that went for $4500, do you think that Marriott will take it during the FROR process?

A gold BB OS week sold last month ago for $7101 as a comparison. A silver GO for $3650 and my guess is it was OS also.

A gold BB OS week sold last month ago for $7101 as a comparison. A silver GO for $3650 and my guess is it was OS also. Maybe this will help you with OF price comparison vs OS.
