Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, 2 balcony timeshare at Silver Beach Club Condo Resort free to good home. All we ask is you pay the transfer of deed fee which I think is not more than $150.00 USD approximately. Yearly Maintenance fee is about $1011.00 USD with all taxes included. Many upgrade have taken place in the past few years. Sleeps a total of 6 people comfortably. We want nothing for it and only hope it goes to someone who can enjoy it same as we did for the last 12 years.
