Shuttle from Royal Hacienda's to Royal Resorts in Cancun?

I think they do have a shuttle between the resorts, but does anyone have any idea of cost, and schedule?

I just came back from the Haciendas and used the shuttle to Cancun resorts. It costs $15.00 and runs every Thursday. The shuttle left Haciendas at 11:30 and stopped at the Sands. The return schedule is at 6PM
