Time to resurrect an old post!
Is the free shuttle still on ongoing practice for Vida?
Email bounced back and doesn't work. I'll try this one. conciergenv@grandmayan.com.mx
I did receive a reply. The email should be updated as conciergenv@grandmayan.com.mx.
For those looking, I also received a map of the property from sending a message to Grupo Mayan on tug. Knowing the property ahead of time will come in handy since it is so large.
It was supposed to be just the wife and I for some well needed time alone. The in-laws can't watch the kids due to an emergency on my wife's step dad's side and we don't have anyone else (reliable and trained in handling Autistic Issues well) to fill in, so the kids are now joining us. By seeing the lazy river, water slide and wave pool, I think they will be very happy!
We took 5 of the Grand kids last Spring break staying at the GL (ages 11-17); I was worried if we would have to entertain them. Within about 2 hours, they determined that the Luxxe areas were boring, and the Grand Mayan pools were great. Keeping track of them became the problem.
Not sure of your kids' ages, but if not toddlers, take them to the GM activity center in the middle of the pool area; there is a planned activity every hour and they are great at pulling all kids into the activities.
