Should I buy a 2 bedroom or 2 one bedroom units

I'm planning on buying a timeshare at Vistana Villages(Bella or Key West phase) in the near future. My goal is to get at least 81,000 options. Is it better to buy a 2 bedroom unit with 81,000 options or 2 one bedroom units with 44,000 options(giving me a total of 88,000)?

It depends on where you want to go - it's a good idea to buy the number of Staroptions that you need - 88,000 Staroptions is an odd amount, and you are likely to have leftover SO's. Also, that will give you 2 SVN fees.

The second fee is only ~$40 as compared to the first ~$140.

And there are no additional fees for units 3+...

I have the same problem of owning 2 of 44k. 88k staroptions is difficult to manage, you will have to deal with left over points every year. I would rather to own 81k unit.

I believe the MFs are higher for the 95700 lock offs as compared to the 2 bedroom 81,000.

Also bella and Key west have different MFs so do the research.
