Should I Ask For My Money Back

Hi Tug family, In july I took my grandchildren to Sea world and I make a reservation at the New Grand Pacific Marbrisa resort.
I read all the information very carfully and I looked at their web site.
I saw that they had a very nice pool, and grounds.
When I arrived late after a long day, I found that they were still underconstruction, and I ask about the pool they say not untill aug.
If i had know that I would have booked some where else.
I think resortime should have had that information somehwhere on the conformation or somewhere on their site. I looked at the Grand Pacific Pals.
and it show information related to the fact that some construction is going on.Should I ask for my money back or something.?

Did you stay there? If so, then you knew what was, and what wasn't completed, and took it "as is". You don't have any refund coming. That said,
if it was NOT as advertised, and you can prove that, then they "might" want to refund you a portion of the monies paid, since you did not get "full-enjoyment" of the property.

I'd definetly would make a big fuss.

The resort site gives the impression that there is a pool. But this is hidden somewhere in their website:
