Shipyard spinnaker will RMC take back deed

Hi. Due to age we can no longer use week 15 at shipyard spinnaker. Great place but no feasible. Does anyone know if RMC management will take back the deed? Thx all Lenore

RMC is the management company and a rental agency (https://www.hiltonheadusa.com/). There are a ton for sale $1, so they definitely don't take deed backs.

Find out who's on the HOA board and tell them to take deed backs, run fair and transparent rental program, and hire a management companies who works for the owners, not the other way around.

Is the resort you are referring to “Spinnaker at Shipyard” or “Shipyard Resort by Spinnaker”. Both very close in name but very different in management. I don’t believe either has a deed back program but both have had listings in the “Bargain” section of TUG.

You are likely right. “Shipyard Resort by Spinnaker” still shows in Expedia but not on the Spinnaker web site. I feel outdated now.
