Yes it is, but I got the impression that you were implying people shouldn't travel because there is no guaranty and could be reinfected and I am implying that people should be more freely able to travel because they have antibodies.

Antibodies are short lived if one even develops enough to make a difference. I know a few people with positive covid tests and negative antibody tests (multiple) also, the antibody testing is faulty so who really knows.
