Sheraton Vistana Villages, Saint Augustine unit (no Staroptions), 1BR, 1BA, every even year. Gold Plus season.
First usage 2026.
MF $773 yearly, billed at half annually. Buyer to pay closing costs which are <$400 through LT Transfers, but 2025 fees of $387 have already been paid and we are not asking reimbursement.
Most recently exchanged this unit (blended deposit with II) for Custom House in Boston August 2024.

Probably the best option. Most Tuggers aren't looking for voluntary deeds in SVV. Had this been Bella or Key West you would have had people crawling all over it.
