In an earlier thread, Dioxide posted links to some legal docs for the Sheraton Flex program (thanks!):

I did the suggested search and found more notices:

The first one provided a list of which weeks have been assigned to the flex program from SDO and what point values have been assigned. The point values match the current SO assignments.

Also, if you look at the notice/declaration document that Dioxide linked to, you'll see that Flex owners have the right sell, transfer, etc. and that the Trust Developer has ROFR (see section 7).

I'm sure there's all kind of other interesting info in these docs, but I only have so much time.

I hope others will point out items they find of interest.

Am I understanding that the FLEX program is in a TRUST?
