Does anyone know the 2020 and/or 2021 MF for the small 1BRs at SBP? i checked hypnotiq's database, but there are no entries for these units. Also, I've seen some discussion, but no resolution, on whether there is a trade power difference between Platinum Palmetto 1BR and Gold Plus Plantation 1BR. Does anyone know?
I've seen SDO and SBP consistently show up when discussing (non-mandatory) Vistana traders. We currently own a small 1BR at Sheraton Vistana Resort (trades as a gold plus week in II). We're very pleased with the trades we've been able to get: Marriott's Maui Lahaina & Napili Villas, Marriott's Maui Ocean Club, Marriott V.C. at the Empire Place, Westin Princeville (2x), Westin Nanea, Colorado Peak 7, Marriott's Harbour Point. While I think SDO is the best trader between the 3 (SDO, SBP, and SVR), we are happy enough with SVR that it's not worth the difference in MF for us to get a small 1BR SDO. There have been a few Vistana weeks in the sightings that SVR was not able to see, but I think other small 1BR units were not able to see them as well. They could see the majority of the "bulk" deposit, but couldn't see a couple prime weeks at the tail end of the deposit. We're considering a small 1BR SBP to compare with our small 1BR SVR.
